I was on a trip from Pennsylvania to Florida with my daughter. Two lug nuts broke on the rear tire, luckily we were close to a rest stop near Winchester. I went through my insurance roadside assistance and they sent ZZ Auto out to tow us. They arrived quickly and Charlie didn’t waste any time getting us hooked up and to a repair shop. Overall Charlie helped make an unpleasant situation a little easier to take. Thank you ZZ Auto for having competent, knowledgeable, and friendly employees!

The shop was great. Service was fantastic and they kept me informed through the whole process. I brought my daughters Jeep in and they took care of it the very next day. I recommend giving them a try!

Moved to West Virginia a year ago. Had a truck and a car inspected there. Also had a receiver installed on our truck. Today they fixed my old Jeep. They were honest and very helpful! Would definitely recommend them!

The shop is clean and it’s really great how they work with their customers. They are fairly priced and will do the right thing. I plan on coming down for all my automotive needs. I hope you will consider it as well.
