I've only got a couple hundred miles on the tires but I can say that I absolutely love them. I didn't rate them on the resistance to hydroplanning only because I haven't driven in any big rain storms yet. But based on the way they perform on other types of road surfaces, I see no reason that they shouldn't do fantastic in heavy rain. Traction in the snow, even deep snow, is crazy good. The tires I replaced with these tires had excellent tread left on them, and they were all season tires with an M+S rating. These Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus's blow them away. With my old tires I had to put it in 4 wheel drive a couple of times just to get going. I haven't HAD to use 4 wheel drive once since I've gotten these new tires. And I was actually surprised at the traction I get on ice as well. These things grip. Steering response is great, and they are very quiet on the highway. All around great tires that look as good as they perform. And for the price, I'd be surprised if you could find a better performing tire. I had Bridgestone Dueler A/Ts on a previous 4 wheel drive truck I owned, and these Scorpion AT plus's are every bit as good, at 2/3rds the price. I am going to recommend them to any of my friends that need new tires for their truck.
